Eishtec creates 250 new call centre jobs in Wexford

Irish company Eishtec is to create 250 jobs over the next 12 months at a call centre in County Wexford.
It is building premises in Drinagh on the outskirts of Wexford town.
The company was set up after the closure of Talk Talk in Waterford last year.
It started with nine employees in May 2011 and now employs 400 people in Waterford.
The new jobs will bring the total number employed in the south east by the company to 650.
Eishtec recently signed a contract with EE, the company behind British telecommunications brands Orange and T-Mobile.
Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, said Eishtec was a "great role model for what we are trying to achieve in the Irish economy".
"This is an Irish company, founded by three former employees of a multinational, winning business in a highly competitive market, and growing employment in a part of the country which has suffered from high levels of unemployment."
Eishtec was set up by Heather Reynolds, Brian Barry and Colm Tracey in May 2011.
