Who wants to send the Christmas post for the Royal Mail?

The Royal Mail signed up 19,000 seasonal workers this year to help out at Christmas.

The full-time staff of 124,000 employees need help with the extra volume of presents and cards going through the post.

So who signs up to be a post person at Christmas, and why do they do it?

Video journalist Dougal Shaw went to London's main sorting office, Mount Pleasant, and spoke to full-time staff members Shannon and Dave, as well as temporary workers Mohammed, Katherine and Oliver.
