Plane catches fire on landing at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport

Moscow's Vnukovo Airport was temporarily closed after a Boeing 737 plane carrying about 140 people caught fire upon landing,

Emergency crews rushed to the scene and quickly managed to bring the flames under control.

Video footage showed passengers fleeing the plane on chutes, while others were forced to jump off the wings.

The aircraft had travelled from the southern Russian city of Stavropol. There were no reports of any injuries.
