Weirdly, I was quite nervous. Even though I talk on the radio each morning, I get very nervy about TV things. Not that I've done many 'TV things'. Anyway, I thought I'd show Aled some support and signed up for an appointment at 6pm.

We'd tried to wind up Aled by saying I was having a full body massage, but he was very professional and said that was all fine. So there I was with Aled thinking I was having a massage and me thinking I was having a facial! All v confusing.

I walked into the ScissorHands Academy, checked in at reception and saw head honcho Lee Stafford lurking! I should've twigged then it wasn't going to be straight forward. Then, Aled suddenly appeared all dressed in his white gear ready to give me a treatment.

Just as we were about to go, Lee jumped in and said the fatal words 'are you sure you're happy with your hair?'. Can't we persuade you to have a haircut'. I really don't know what happened, but I suddenly found myself sitting in the chair about to have a consultation. Then Warwick Davis was washing my hair and Aled was about to cut it.

The show is on tonight and you will see I went bright red and just kept giggling really nervously. I am certain I've totally embarrassed myself. I kept telling Aled to not cut too much off! The end was hilarious. I really hope they show this bit. Aled was running out of time and so grabbed the straighteners and really went for it. He ran out of time though, so for the after shot, shoved all my hair to the back! All very amusing.

Anyway, this is what my hair looks like now....bit of a dodgy photo of me, but hair is fine!
