Labour MPs call for personal approach to health services

Junior shadow ministers Liz Kendall and Steve Reed have written a pamphlet for Progress calling for a new approach to public service reform centred around consumers.

Mr Reed spoke to Andrew Neil about the timing and content of the Labour document, and the counter claims about privatisation by the Labour and coalition governments.
