Would you donate a healthy kidney to a stranger?

The Human Tissue Act in 2006 made altruistic donation possible. This allowed Kenny Dooley to donate one of his healthy kidneys to help a complete stranger. Three years on, Kenny’s younger brother Paul has been so inspired by this act of altruism, he’s decided to do the same, despite never having had an operation before.
