Nigeria abductions: How one of the Chibok girls escaped

Demonstrations are being held around the world to remember the 219 girls abducted by the Nigerian militant Islamist group, Boko Haram, one year ago.

There have been reported sightings of the girls, but none have been found.

Saa was kidnapped, but managed to escape with a friend.

Saa is not her real name and she is wearing sunglasses to conceal her identity, fearing reprisals against her family.

Speaking from Los Angeles, she told the BBC of the night Boko Haram came, and how she managed to escape.
