Ipswich Town manager Mick McCarthy has waxed lyrical about winger Ryan Fraser since he joined as part of the deal which took Tyrone Mings to Bournemouth, and the 21-year-old certainly left an impression after his first chat with us for BBC Suffolk this afternoon.
Far from being downbeat about missing out on the Premier League with the Cherries next season, the winger told us that he will play in the top flight one day, adding that he wants to help the Blues get there in the coming months.
"Hopefully I can do what I've done my whole life and that's create chances, score goals and provide a spark," he said. "I like to get at players and get the fans off their seats."

BBC Radio Suffolk sport
Great Britain's 2-1 win over Pakistan in Antwerp yesterday means three Suffolk hockey players are closing in on a place at next year's Olympic Games.
Former Ipswich schoolboys George Pinner and Harry Martin (pictured), along with former Bungay High School pupil Tim Whiteman, are all part of Team GB, who will book their place in Rio with a top three finish at the World League Semi Finals.
Barring any injuries or a significant drop in form, I would be very surprised if the trio failed to make Bobby Crutchley's team next year.

Farming 'needs apprentices who go to college'
Vikki Irwin

Vikki Irwin

Schools in Suffolk need to do more to promote careers in farming to those choosing their GCSEs if the industry is to avoid a work force crisis, according to Edge Careers the government-backed group set up in Suffolk to promote apprenticeships in food and farming.
Ten percent of the nearly 400 apprenticeships vacancies in Suffolk are in the industry. Nicola Currie, from EDGE Careers, said: "More young people need to get involved in the industry to prepare for this changeover as the generation change takes place in employment.
"They need the support of the schools to tell young people about the opportunities in the farming industry."

Cyclists are being put off taking part in the annual Dunwich Dynamo on Saturday because a train company is refusing to carry bikes after the 120 mile ride, campaigners say.
Every year, more than 1,000 cyclists meet at a park in Hackney and take an overnight ride to the Suffolk coast. Many then rely on trains to take their bikes back, but Abellio Greater Anglia says it will not allow cycles on its routes to Ipswich and Norwich on Sunday, and has outlined restrictions for the number of bikes it will take to London on the Saturday.
Tim Regester said: "Many, many cyclists decide last minute to participate. That spontaneous decision just became much harder as there will not be a viable train option home."
