How to apply to be a candidate in ‘On the Job’

Thank you for your interest in 'On the Job' (working title).

An exciting and pioneering new factual entertainment series for the BBC is looking for people interested in applying for the role of Operations Manager for Reynolds based in Waltham Cross.

Those interested in applying for the roles must also be aware that the selection process of the successful candidate will be filmed as part of a filmed experiment for TV, looking at an innovative approach to recruitment. For the shortlisted candidates this will involve a period of immersive workplace assessment at the company where the job has been advertised.

There will be a real role available for one person at the end of this process; filming will not continue once the successful candidate has been selected.
