How a woman sexually exploited as a child 'loved' abuser

A woman who was sexually abused for years as a child said she "did not fear" her abuser and "actually loved" him.

Sue was abused by a close relative of her mother between the ages of four and 12.

She said, "We really do need to make sure we ask children questions" in order to avoid them being "traumatised for a lifetime".

A report by the Children's Commissioner for England estimates that over a two year period up to 450 000 children were abused with only one in eight cases coming to the attention of the authorities.
