Cook the Perfect ...Omelette with Anna Jones

Anna Jones decided to quit her job one day after reading an article about following your passion. Within weeks she had signed up to Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen apprentice project and went on to be part of his food team working on his books, TV shows and campaigns. Now a freelance, her philosophy is to cook tasty, nourishing vegetarian food that can be made quickly and without fuss, on any night of the week. She joins Jenni to Cook the Perfect Herb Omelette from her new book A Modern Way to Cook and to talk about why she thinks too many rules and fads around food can create unnecessary neuroses.
