In defence of the fence

A razor-wire fence being built by the Hungarian government, in a bid to prevent migrants crossing the border from Serbia, continues to prove controversial across Europe.

Gyorgy Schopflin, a member of the European Parliament from Hungary's ruling Fidesz party, hits back in defence of the project.
