Ultimate Frisbee is recognised as an Olympic Sport

Frisbee has just been officially recognised as an olympic sport by the International Olympic Committee, although they are calling it 'the sport of flying discs'. But is it a truly competitive sport? Patrick van der Valk of the World Flying Disc Federation explains more about the sport.
