Arson Attack Kills Palestinian Toddler

Arson attack kills Palestinian child, MH370 investigation latest, Ghana doctors strike

A Palestinian toddler has been burned to death in an arson attack by suspected Jewish settlers in the West Bank, Israeli police say. The home where the 18-month-old boy and his family were sleeping was set on fire in the village of Douma near Nablus, local officials say. Rabbi Arik Ascherman of the NGO Rabbis for Human rights and his colleagues helped the family whose baby was killed.

MH370 investigation latest.

Public sector doctors have gone on strike in Ghana. Outpatient services have already been shut and the Ghana Medical Association has said that they will close down emergency services in a week, and cease all operations by August 14th, unless the government negotiates new Conditions of Service with them. The BBC reports from Accra.
