Gold Fever in the American ‘Wild West’

‘Gold Fever’ — that crazy gleam in the eye some people get just thinking about finding a big chunk of precious metal — also happens to be the name of a new book, by the unlikeliest of prospectors — an Englishman called Steve Boggan.
