Johnnie hears 70s memories from Chris Spedding, best-known for his session work during the decade and the hit single Motorbikin'.

Johnnie Walker is joined in conversation by Chris Spedding.

Chris Spedding's solo career saw him reach the UK Top 20 with the hit single "Motorbikin'" but he is perhaps more well known for his session work throughout the decade with artists like Harry Nilsson, Bryan Ferry and Elton John. He was also the producer of the Sex Pistols' first demos and featured extensively on the concept album Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds. He shares his memories of the time with Johnnie and picks some of his favourite songs.

Also on the show, Johnnie digs out some of the best of the BBC archive, and another listener helps to add a classic seven-inch single into Johnnie's Jukebox.
