How do you climb mountains with limited sight or movement?
Imagine climbing a mountain, with only three percent vision. Or hoisting yourself up a rock face, barely being able to use your right leg or left arm.
That's the reality for John Church, who has Retinitis pigmentosa, and Alex Taylor, who has multiple sclerosis.
But that didn't stop them becoming the first paraclimbers with such conditions to reach the summit of the Eiger, over 13,000 feet above sea level.
They told 5 live Daily how they managed it, with footage reproduced courtesy of Finalcrux Films.
