Angellica Bell is talking to dog owners about whether they agree that it's unsafe to throw sticks for dogs and Andy Kershaw pays a return revisit to the residents of Great Heck in North Yorkshire to see how the clear up operation is going at the defunct recycling plant which is causing a bit of a stink.
