Petley became the first footballer from the Suffolk FA Advance Coaching Centre to receive England recognition last October, when she was selected for a training camp.
"She is a privilege to have in our centre and is a credit to our county," said Suffolk FA girls' & women's development officer, Paige Shorten. "I wish her all the best in Germany."

More than £82,000 of cash has been seized by police under the Proceeds of Crime Act during a search of a property.

The discovery was made on 16 January during a search at Willow Park, Beck Row, in which a commercial cannabis production plant was found.
£12,000 was found stuffed inside a sock, £53,000 in a plastic lunchbox, and the remaining thousands were discovered in a kitchen cupboard.

The 14-year-old plays for Woodbridge Town boys, and is also ranked in the top 10 tennis players in England for her age group.
"It would be a great feeling to pull on an England shirt," she said. "I was pretty shocked at the call-up, but very happy."
Bury St Edmunds conceded a last gasp try to lose 34-33 at Canterbury, while Diss and Sudbury boosted their promotion hopes with victories.

Court date set over steel collapse deaths

A court date has been set for three companies and one individual charged with safety offences over the deaths of four Suffolk men killed when a steel structure collapsed on them in Great Yarmouth in January 2011.
Claxton Engineering Services, Encompass Project Management, its director David Groucott and Hazegood Construction have all been charged under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
They have been summoned to appear before Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court in 2 February.

The Health and Safety Executive has charged three companies and one man with safety offences over the deaths of four Suffolk men killed when a steel structure collapsed on them in Great Yarmouth.
Daniel Hazelton, 30, his brother Thomas Hazelton, 26, and Peter Johnson, 42, all from Stanton, near Bury St Edmunds; and Adam Taylor, 28, of Rickinghall, Suffolk, were killed at Claxton Engineering Services' yard on 21 January 2011.

A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Bury St Edmunds last summer. The 20-year-old, from Matlock, is being questioned in Derbyshire by Suffolk Police, on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

Five men have been charged with conspiracy to murder and remanded in custody pending a trial at Ipswich Crown Court listed to begin in April.
A woman facing the same charges is currently on bail, with a plea and case management hearing due by the middle of February.

Senior councillors are being asked to approve seven new primary schools and two new special educational needs schools.
A report to Suffolk County Council's cabinet, which meets later today, says just under 1,500 places are needed to cope with demand.
The new primary schools would be in Red Lodge, Lakenheath, Stowmarket, Sudbury, Lowestoft and two in Ipswich. The new special schools would be in the latter two towns.
