Here's how African Republic - a team made of a group of Business Management students from Portsmouth University - say it in five different languages.
You've certainly all inspired us this weekend.

Seems it wasn't to be Marcus' day with Torbay Exiles - but you've certainly kept us entertained and inspired!

Remember that nice badge we had earlier? Alex has been on trail to get the story behind their team...........
How did you get into walking football?
"It was word of mouth in Grimsby. It's really very popular now. I heard about it 18 months ago and it's taken off that quickly that we've founded our own club with 80 members and travel across the country. Our philosophy is that everyone gets an even amount of playing time regardless of standard.
"Within four-five months I lost two stones. The weight just fell off. We play twice a week and the benefits we see is unbelievable. We have seen people come after heart attacks or car accidents and they've got fit again. As long as the doctor gives you the green light you can play . I would recommend it to anybody. Our aim is to form a women's team.
"For people of our age there isn't actually much for us to do. That's why we think the social side of the club is so important. Blokes don't call up their friends and meet for coffees like women do, but why not. We have an hour after each session to chat and have a coffee, we have a Christmas party, we go to ten pin bowling and have quiz nights."

Match Report: A Goalie's Tale
Benjamin Drewett reports from London
Thanks for this Ben........
It was a cold winters afternoon as the To Piratiko lads stepped out onto the London Docklands Powerleague pitch in front of their three patient fans and manager Mr Ray.
The line-up for the first game was Ben, Captain Luke, Faiz, Emre and Arslan.
It was against tough opposition, East London All Stars.
The nerves were there as the cool breeze blew across the rooftop pitch. The kick-off. It didn't begin well with rock at the back Faiz giving a cheap free-kick away, which I sadly let in. It didn't end there with Captain Luke marking a spirit leaving their number 20 free to smash home the 2nd goal.
We were all other the place as Emre knocked one well over the bar. All we could hear was the ref saying "over head height". Number 21 picked up the ball and I made a superb camera action save, only to let in the rebound near post through my legs.
3-0 down I then give a penalty away leaving my box. They seem confident their Goalkeeper steps up. I take five seconds. The whistle blows. I saved it. Our three fans go wild. With Mr Ray loosing his trademark Beanie hat.
We weren't done there. We break with sub Joel providing an assist only Ozil could better for Arslan to smash home a goal. From kick off Luke and Faiz seem lost and leave East Londons attacker open for 4-1.
-4 minutes left-
Arslan with a fantastic solo run and then out of nothing Emre with a superb finish from a solid tackle from big man Faiz. Its 4-3.
Seconds left. Luke with a great tackle and Arslan hes open and finish bottom corner. Did this just really happen. I wanted to go celebrate but wasn't sure If I was actually allowed to leave my box still. It was a valiant effort. A 4-4 draw. A comeback greater than Liverpool against Norwich.
Sadly we didn't make it through with 2 draws and loss
I did save two pens though so not all bad.

Walking football is not just for men by the way. Here's the story of Margate FC, a mixed team who regularly have a couple of ladies in their squad.....
They claim to be past the age of being able to compete in a football league but still wanted to be involved in football in some capacity.
One member of the team has had a quadruple by-pass. There is also a one-eyed player in the team – when he plays he can only stay on one side of the pitch otherwise he loses vision of where play is.
They have entered for fun and just want the chance to represent Margate Football Club in a national competition.
We wish them the best of luck.

It may be a little slower but I can tell you that the competitiveness doesn't leave you. There are some great players on display but some are teetering on the edge of a jog. Luckily the ref is on it!
Currently being treated to Lincoln City SET v Leeds United.
