E-cigarettes 'ban' denied by Welsh health minister
E-cigarettes will be allowed anywhere a conventional cigarette can be smoked, Health Minister Mark Drakeford has said.
He was speaking as AMs debated restrictions on e-cigarettes, amid a dispute over whether they encouraged or help people quit smoking.
Mr Drakeford said it was wrong to talk of e-cigarettes being banned.
