Update: Bradford 'killer' statement condemned
We can update you on the story we brought you earlier about a Bradford man who issued a statement claiming he killed a Glasgow shopkeeper because he "disrespected" Islam.
Tanveer Ahmed, 32, said in a statement he killed 40-year-old Asad Shah (pictured) as he had falsely claimed to be a prophet.
Mr Shah was an Ahmadiyya, a group known for its peaceful interfaith concerns, and Ahmadiyya Muslim leaders in Glasgow have now called for other Muslim leaders to condemn the statement.
