Leeds Uni graduate faces 1,000-mile Gobi Desert trek
A Leeds University graduate's been explaining how she plans to become the youngest Briton to complete a 1,000-mile trek across the Gobi Desert.

Chloe Burles, 23, plans to walk 18 miles a day for 60 days, raising money for the Water Aid charity.
She says she's planning the trek despite the fact she's not naturally athletic, but she says the cause is very close to her heart.
"Accessing clean, good quality water was the first thing I thought of when I was planning this challenge. I was recently in Kos helping the refugees from Turkey - there was sanitation and clean water provided and I saw the difference it made to them," she says.

Bradford’s Mind The Gap theatre company have been touring the continent with their critically acclaimed show Contained.
The troupe is now returning to its home at Lister Mills this week.
Cast member and Corrie regular Liam Bairstow, along with academy director Charli Ward, popped in to talk to BBC Leeds' Liz Green about the show and their homecoming.

A group of MPs will today brief floods minister Rory Stewart on the risks of further rainfall to communities along the River Wharfe.
They'll be led by Leeds North West Lib Dem MP Greg Mulholland, who says he'll ask about better flood protection for homes and businesses.
A survey commissioned by the BBC has found that in the last five years, nearly one in eight British adults say they've pretended to be younger than they actually are.
The figures have been released as BBC Radio 5 Live begins a special week of programming looking at how common ageism is in the UK ahead of the Queen's 90th birthday next week.

A former Leeds United welfare officer has told an employment tribunal her office locks were changed without her knowledge while she was away working at the Women's football World Cup.
Lucy Ward, an employee of 17 years, was dismissed for gross misconduct last year after going on leave to commentate for the BBC.
She claims she was released as she was the partner of the then outgoing Leeds coach Neil Redfearn.
The club denies she was unfairly dismissed and the hearing continues.
The robbery took place between 16:00 and 19:20 when the victim was approached by three men who stole her mobile phone and a small amount of cash.
During the robbery, the victim was punched to the face causing injuries to her jaw.
The suspects are all described as white males, wearing tracksuits, hoodies and baseball caps. One of the men is described as having a short, scruffy beard.
Work won't begin on flood defences until summer 2017

A55 death crash: Lorry driver's 'fatal' sat-nav error
A lorry driver made the "fatal error" of fiddling with his sat-nav just before he killed a father in a crash.
Nicholas Clough failed to see traffic had slowed down for roadworks and hit the vehicle Daren Longden (pictured), of Leeds, was in, Caernarfon Crown Court heard.
The crash happened on the A55 near Abergele, Conwy county, in March 2015.

A former Leeds United welfare officer has told an employment tribunal her office locks were changed without her knowledge while she was away working at the Women's football World Cup.
