  1. Thank you and good night

That is all from me. Be sure to check back in tomorrow for our coverage of Bournemouth v Arsenal at 13:30 GMT, followed by Chelsea v Manchester United at 16:00 GMT.

I'll leave you with this image, in honour of the team of the day. Could they be the team of the season?

    Leicester
  2. HALF-TIME

    Southampton 1-0 West Ham

Maya Yoshida's goal is the difference at St Mary's.

To stay across the second half in that game, head on over to our dedicated live text commentary.

  3. Manager reaction

    Aston Villa 2-0 Norwich

Norwich manager Alex Neil: "We had good opportunities but when you gift goals away you make it doubly difficult. We huffed and puffed and we had chances but it wasn’t enough. If you don’t defend your box well enough it is always going to be a tough task. Goals change games.

"This is a test of character. The rest of the season will show whether we have enough character in the group."

  4. 'Sunderland dug deep'

    Liverpool 2-2 Sunderland

Sunderland goalscorer Jermain Defoe: "It is a difficult place to come and we showed great character to come back, we dug deep to get a point.

"There were so many positives in the second-half and we have to keep that going now and work hard until the end of the season."

  5. 'Walk-out is not an excuse'

    Liverpool 2-2 Sunderland

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson: "It was not a good result. We need to see the last 10 minutes of the game out  and it was not good enough.

"The walk-out is not an excuse, the game is down to us as individuals."

  6. 'The scoreboard never lies but today it did a bit'

    Liverpool 2-2 Sunderland

Liverpool coach Pepijn Lijnders: "We are disappointed, we know a game is for 95 minutes and for 83 minutes it was excellent.

"When we got the first goal we played better. Then there was the foul, I do not think it was a foul. They scored and it was 2-1 and still I thought there was nothing wrong with the result but it was disappointing to let them get two goals.

"The scoreboard never lies but today it did a bit."

  7. Post update

    Southampton 1-0 West Ham

Slaven Bilic is the second Premier League manager today to sport a tight beanie. He is currently looking a lot more agitated than the first, Claudio Ranieri. Bilic's West Ham team trail Southampton 1-0 at a wet St Mary's.

You can follow the game here.

  8. Manager reaction

    Stoke 0-3 Everton

Everton manager Roberto Martinez: "We defended really well when we had to but the amount of opportunities we created is pleasing.

"If anything we should have scored three or four more in the second half.

"We have to make sure we don't drop our standards now."

  9. Manager reaction

    Stoke 0-3 Everton

Stoke boss Mark Hughes: "We huffed and puffed and didn't really create again and that is a concern for us.

"A disappointing day. We made mistakes at key times in the game and couldn't recover.

"We have to pick ourselves up and start doing the fundamentals and basics."

  10. 'We will stay up, of course we will'

    Newcastle 1-0 West Brom

    Aleksandar Mitrovic

Aleksandar Mitrovic, Newcastle goalscorer: "That was a very important result for us. We tried to press high from the first minute, and we got the first goal. I thought we should have scored more goals, but 1-0 is not a bad result.

"We will stay up, of course we will. We have quality - I know we will be safe."

  11. 'We were a bit short today'

    Newcastle 1-0 West Brom

West Brom keeper Ben Foster: "It's a disappointed dressing room, but it was a disappointing result. We were a bit short today.

"We haven’t got many wins under our belt this season, but we have only lost two in our last 10 games. But we need a few more goals and a few more wins. Three or four more wins should see us safe."

  12. Manager reaction

    Newcastle 1-0 West Brom

Tony Pulis, West Brom boss, at St James' Park: "Since I have been here, that's our worst performance playing away from home. It could have been more than 1-0. But they are a great group of lads, we'll have to take this on the chin and work this out.

"Newcastle have got good players, and look at what they have recruited. But like all teams in this league you need a little luck. Today they didn’t need luck though - they were better than us, full-stop.

"There are 10 or 11 teams at the bottom looking over our shoulders, and we are one of those teams.

"There are a certain number of points you need to get, and we need to get those points soon to ease the pressure."

  13. Post update

    Southampton 1-0 West Ham

Remember, there is still one Premier League going on. It is currently 1-0 to Southampton against West Ham at St Mary's. Maya Yoshida is the unlikely scorer.
