Emma lost her unborn baby after Down's test
David Cameron has said "moral and ethical issues" need to be considered in deciding whether the NHS offers a new test for pregnant woman.
Emma lost her baby to miscarriage following an invasive test, which in some cases, could be replaced by the new DNA test.
Government advisers have recommended the use of a new DNA test for Down's syndrome.
