Louth paedophile jailed for distributing pictures of child abuse
BBC Radio Lincolnshire
Jamie Lee Tye, 28, of Normanby Road, Louth has been jailed for three-and-a-half years at Lincoln Crown Court today after more than 15,000 indecent images of children were found on his computer.
Some of the pictures depicted children as young as two being sexually abused.
Tye, who has worked as a driver and valeter for a company in Grimsby for the last nine years blamed friends for downloading the material. However prosecutor Grace Hale said he would have had to be 'the unluckiest man on earth' for this to be true.

City of Lincoln Council say they take the matter very seriously as it costs them thousands to clean up litter on the streets every year.
Since the scheme was launched in October 2015, more than 300 fixed penalty notices have been issued for littering offences.
