New Day newspaper: Hit or a miss?

Trinity Mirror, the publisher of the Daily and Sunday Mirror, has launched a new daily title.

It claims that the New Day is the first "standalone" national daily in 30 years.

The BBC asked Terry Kirby, Senior Lecturer and Director of the School of Journalism at Goldsmiths for his verdict.
