Wednesday will be another day of heavy showers, but with more sunshine in between.

Mallams auctioneers in Oxford will be selling the autograph at the Gentleman’s Library Sale on 29 June at their St Michael's Street saleroom.

Crops of cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage could be devastated by an infestation of moths arriving from Europe. 

An alert has been issued about diamondback moths, which are resistant to most insecticides, and have come in on warm winds from the continent.

The study found adults who were born early had reduced heart volumes and function, compared with those who were not. 

But the damage was significantly reduced in those who were fed exclusively on breast milk as infants.

Oxford City Council is investigating how buildings that use a lot of energy could share methods of generating electricity and heat with neighbours to reduce the city’s carbon footprint.

Police have confirmed a 77-year-old man was arrested yesterday for drug-driving, after an accident in Oxford.

An elderly woman was taken to hospital soon after 15:00, following a collision on West Way. 

The man was arrested and has been bailed until 15 August.
