Murray 'needs rest'

Andy Murray will prioritise rest and recovery before Wimbledon following a gruelling clay-court season that ended in defeat in the French Open final.
Murray's next tournament is on the grass of Queen's Club, when he defends his title at the Aegon Championships.
The British number one has appeared at the Wimbledon warm-up in London for the past eight years and will be the main draw again when it starts on 13 June.
Peterborough sign Hughes and Tafazolli

Peterborough United have signed Newport left-back Andrew Hughes and Mansfield centre-back Ryan Tafazolli.
Hughes, 24, has agreed a two-year deal after rejecting an offer from the Welsh side, for whom he played 151 games.
Tafazolli, also 24, was also offered a new contract at his previous club, for whom he appeared 118 times, and signed a three-year deal at League One Posh.
Meanwhile, former Derby coach Lee Glover has been named as Grant McCann's assistant manager.
Herbert handed Maldives axe

Football authorities in the Maldives have terminated the contract of former New Zealand defender Ricki Herbert, once of Wolves.
Under Herbert's guidance the Maldives played 19 games and lost 11, including a 4-1 loss to Nepal in the Banglabandu Cup earlier this year, the first in 17 years.

Former world number one Lee Chong Wei, 33, will jump above China's Chen Long to the top of the world badminton rankings after winning the Indonesia Open title on Sunday.

Ipswich have signed Portsmouth defender Adam Webster for a fee believed to be about £750,000, with defender Matt Clarke going the other way.
Webster, 21, made 81 appearances for Pompey, having made his debut in 2012 against West Ham in the Championship.
The fee is a record for a player under Town boss Mick McCarthy and Webster has signed a three-year contract.
Clarke, 19, spent last season on loan at Fratton Park and has now agreed a three-year deal.

Rugby league convert Ben Te'o missed training on Monday as England continue to prepare for Saturday's first Test against Australia in Brisbane.
The uncapped Leinster centre, 29, sat out the action with "muscle soreness".
"It was on the advice of the medical department," said England defence coach Paul Gustard. "He's all good and has settled in really well."
New Zealand-born Te'o is competing with Luther Burrell and Owen Farrell to make his debut at inside centre.

BBC's Songs of Praise is searching for supporters to sing in the Rugby League Challenge Cup Fans' Choir at Wembley.
A 32-strong choir will be selected from supporters representing clubs in this season's Challenge Cup to sing 'Abide With Me' before the final on 27 August.
Applicants can enter by visiting bbc.co.uk/songsofpraise and have until Sunday, 12 June to do so.

Manager Roy Hodgson will be finalising any selection issues remaining before Saturday's opener against Russia in Marsellie and another sub-plot he hopes will be resolved is striker Jamie Vardy's potential £22m move from Leicester City to Arsenal.
It is hoped a decision will be made today as Hodgson wants his squad fully focused on Euro 2016 and not external matters now they have landed in France.
Swindon reject bid for top scorer Ajose

Swindon Town have rejected a £500,000 bid from an unnamed Championship club for top scorer Nicky Ajose, according to chairman Lee Power.
The 24-year-old striker, who scored 25 goals in all competitions last season, is under contract until 2018.

Murray 'needs rest'

Andy Murray will prioritise rest and recovery before Wimbledon following a gruelling clay-court season that ended in defeat in the French Open final.
"I have never had a clay-court season like that one, never won that many matches," he said after Sunday's loss to Novak Djokovic in Paris.
"I need to rest and allow my body to recover."
