A company has pleaded guilty at Norwich Crown Court to health and safety offences after a teenager drowned at Bawsey Pits, near King's Lynn.

Umar Balogun was under the care of Castle Homes, Cambridgeshire, when he died in July 2013. The 16 year-old was at the lake with another boy and care workers.
Two care workers, Vanda Cawley, 50, and Kevin Roweth, 27, have also appeared in court but have not entered a plea.
They are being prosecuted under the Health and Safety at Work Act. They and the company are due back in court in June.
A baby hare, called a leveret, is an incredibly secretive creature which lays still for the majority of the day to avoid predators.
Shaun O’Driscoll from WWT Welney says: "This is the first time I have seen a leveret in my three years working as the stockman.
"It was a nice surprise to come across the baby hare, which was smaller than a rabbit, but those tell-tale long ears gave away its real identity."

Ivan Noble, who lives in East Harling, near Thetford, was born on the exact same day as The Queen, on 21 April 1926.

Chimney brush firm gets lucky with Queen's award
The Queen is also behind another celebration in Norfolk today, but this time it's nothing to do with her birthday.
The tool has a battery-powered revolving action that is proving popular all over the world. Tony Russell from the firm, which employs eight people, said: "To be given the award on the Queen's 90th birthday means everything."
Transport Secretary confirms 'no prospect' of funding for Ely North improvements before 2019

Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin has confirmed in a letter to South West Norfolk MP Elizabeth Truss that there is no prospect of government funding for upgrading the Ely North rail junction before 2019.
In his reply, forwarded to other MPs in the region, he wrote: "My department and Network Rail will do everything possible to support this and work in partnership with local stakeholders."
Ms Truss said: "‘I am extremely pleased that the Department for Transport recognises that Ely North rail junction is key in helping drive forward the economic growth in the eastern region."

The Conservative MP for North West Norfolk has told MPs the Queen has brought "untold joy" to people in his constituency.

Sir Henry Bellingham, whose constituency takes in Sandringham, told the House of Commons the Queen could easily be excused for wanting to relax with her family and horses when she came to her Norfolk home, but instead made numerous visits to local organisations.

Well, we've found out more about the incident. The car was stopped while travelling over the Haven Bridge to Great Yarmouth. The driver now faces possible prosecution for using the vehicle in a dangerous condition as a result of the load.
Police said: "This sort of load presents a real risk to pedestrians or cyclists, and even the driver themselves if it were to contact any roadside furniture."
If prosecuted, drivers can receive three penalty points and a £100 fine on first offence.
Some of you of a certain age may remember BC the Birthday Cat, who was a much-loved fixture on Anglia TV for many years.
Well, earlier today he helped us wish the Queen and others a happy birthday when he and his former sparring partner Helen McDermott were reunited on Nick Conrad's BBC Radio Norfolk breakfast show.

A former office tower block in Norwich has won an award from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Guttering in car: Driver faces prosecution
