New Order

Highlights from the epic finale of the year's 6 Music Live at Maida Vale, as Lauren Laverne presents New Order. Contains flashing images.

Catch highlights from the epic finale of this year's BBC Radio 6 Music Live at Maida Vale, as Lauren Laverne is joined by the one and only New Order.

Maida Vale has played an important role in the rise of Bernard Sumner and Co, from Joy Division's sessions in 1979 to New Order gigs in 1998. Expect a fair few classics from the band, who have quite the catalogue to draw from, as well as new cuts that will cement their place as one of the most important acts to come out of not only the north west... but the UK.

Lauren will also be chatting to Bernard and the band about the life and legacy of the band, looking back at the past and forward to where music will take them.

This show is part of the 6 Music Live series that has been coming to Maida Vale since 2012, with the likes of Underworld, Suede and the Manic Street Preachers.
