"Fooling the brain" to end jet lag

Jet lag is nature's way of saying you shouldn't travel. Your internal body clock just doesn't match with the clock on the wall and you feel awful. But researchers think they've found a clever way of getting round it - flash bright light at you so your cells begin to think you're already at your destination. The study's author is Dr Jamie Zeitzer of Stanford University's Center for Sleep Sciences and Medicine.
