Back in 1990, the radio station Jazz FM launched in London. To celebrate, the legendary Ella Fitzgerald came to London to perform three sell out nights at the Royal Albert Hall.

To celebrate, the legendary Ella Fitzgerald came to London to perform three sell out nights at the Royal Albert Hall to launch the station. Featuring the Count Basie Orchestra of the time, the concert is presented by Chris Philips who introduced Ella on stage for the very concert.
