Boko Haram: Freed women hostages speak out

Women and children who have been held by Boko Haram militants say that some of their group was stoned to death as the Nigerian army approached to rescue them.

They spoke a day after nearly 300 hundred hostages were rescued from the Sambisa forest and taken to a government camp in Adamawa State.

The military says it has rescued more than 700 people in the past week in an offensive against the Islamist group.
