'Drone' commander on the pressures of 'watching people die'

Reaper squadron boss - Wing Commander Damian Killeen - tells Adrian Chiles about the worst days for the crew, controlling an unmanned aircraft on surveillance known as a drone.

Following an exclusive tour of the RAF base where the crew of Reaper target so-called Islamic State Wing Commander Killeen told Adrian Chiles:

'If somebody has caused damage to friendly forces...we could rewind in our own memory that maybe half an hour or two hours before we could have stopped that, but for whatever reason, whether its uncertainty of intelligence...knowing in your own mind that actually you could have stopped that but somebody has died on the ground side, that's a really bad day".
