Heating still on

I know, I know. Southern softie and all that. I did try to turn it off but then it seems like a ridiculous over-reaction. Like the number of folk wearing their summer wardrobe because it was a sunny weekend and then freezing all day at work. Gentlemen-it's long trousers today please. Ladies-swimwear is inappropriate in the office. Thanks.
Good weekend? Relaxing/profitable/fun/sport was good or challenging/hard work/glad to be back at work/sport was terrible? I slaved over a hot computer, shouted at the TV and watched a 3D printer make toys. Oh and had a catastrophic tomato sauce moment. In a cafe, shaking the bottle, I hadn't noticed that some fool hadn't put the lid back on properly. The result was a ketchup splatter that looked like a murder scene: and arc of red across the wall behind me, a line of red across the table and onto the window and great splashes of red on my clothes and face. Child 3, full of compassion, took photos and sent a Snapchat to everyone he knew. It was a long afternoon.
Today we have Ruby Wax on the show. She has written a fascinating and funny book called Sane New World. It explains how our brains work,  how we can rewire our thinking and why we are actually all vulnerable, delicate creatures under our tough fronts. Ruby's at 6 and songs for the BRAIN would be a help. Should you have any. Thanks.
Your place at 5!
