Wrestling is a sport steeped in Olympic heritage, with two main disciplines; Greco-Roman and Freestyle. The aim is to pin your opponent to the mat, and can be a lot of fun, while building strength, agility and stamina.

There are plenty of options for people to get involved, with clubs across the UK, external.
