Malaysia Airlines to cut 6,000 staff after disasters
Malaysia Airlines is to cut 6000 jobs, nearly a third of its staff, as part of a recovery plan following the loss of two planes this year.
No trace of flight MH370 has been found since it went missing over the Indian Ocean in March. A second plane MH17 was shot down over Ukraine in July.
A sharp drop in passenger numbers has added to the airline's long running financial problems.
