Mo Farah says he hopes to take part in both the 5000m and 10,000m at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, as he battles to overcome injury - and hints he may create a new special victory celebration if the occasion allows.

Professor Sir Chris Llewellyn Smith is a former director general of CERN, and helped secure funding & consensus for the building of the Large Hadron Collider. He's now one of the UK's leading experts in the field of nuclear fusion, and heads energy research at Oxford University. He recalls the critics of the LHC fearing it would herald the end of the world, explains why the need to find an alternative energy source to fossil fuels is so critical, and tells Richard why nuclear fusion is famously always 40 years away.
