Reversing Africa's brain drain

Educational ties between Africa and the rest of the world are nothing new, but often the continent's best and brightest would leave for overseas schools and colleges to pursue subsequent careers outside of Africa.

Yet now there is a growing trend for these people to return and make the best use of their acquired skills in their home countries.
