Zika Virus Emergency Talks
The World Health Organisation discusses whether to declare a global health emergency over the outbreak of the Zika virus.
An emergency meeting of the World Health Organization is being held to discuss the "explosive" spread of the Zika virus. Also, chef Benoit Violier, whose Swiss restaurant was named the best in the world in December, is found dead at his home.
