Last year Radio 1's Chris Stark introduced the world to the concept of Lad Points by accident.

Drafted in at the last minute to interview Hollywood A-lister Mila Kunis one of his first lines was that he'd earn 'massive lad points for this'.

The interview was viewed more than 12 million times and shared around the world, leading to appearances on the likes of Access Hollywood, Good Morning America and E News. But what actually are Lad Points and how do you go about earning them?

The stereotype most associated with being a lad involves getting drunk, sleeping around and generally being a bit of an idiot. Does that really have to be the case though? With the help of his army of Twitter followers Chris Stark investigates what it really takes to be the ultimate lad.

Along the way he meets an actual Dr of Lad Points, learns about the importance of climbing ability with 1000 young farmers and joins a bunch of real-life 'Inbetweeners' on a night out in Essex.
