Tickets for BBC Music Awards 2014 have now sold out.

Age restrictions:

The age limit for this event is 14 and over. Anybody under 16 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over and will be in a seated area and not permitted to stand on the arena floor. Proof of age may be requested upon entry. Accepted forms of ID are passport or driving licence. Refunds will not be issued to ticket holders who cannot provide proof of age. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.

Event times:

• Doors: 6pm
• Last entry: 7.30pm
• Show starts: 8pm
• Show ends: c.10pm

All disabled access tickets have now sold out.

Please note that disabled facilities are not designed for customers with temporary conditions such as broken legs, healing wounds or women who are pregnant. There will be medical and welfare facilities on site for all customers.
