Nick Grimshaw breaks Guinness world twerking record

Radio 1 Breakfast Show host Nick Grimshaw has broken the Guinness World twerking record.
The 30-year-old managed to wiggle his hips in the Live Lounge for over an hour on Tuesday morning.
Miley Cyrus made twerking famous after dancing on stage with Robin Thicke at last year's MTV Video Music Awards in Brooklyn.
Previously Grimshaw has cycled in a plastic box for 12 hours outside BBC Broadcasting House for Sport Relief.
He also ran with Davina McCall on her 500-mile charity triathlon from Edinburgh to London.
