Malaysia Airlines crash: 'Horrific scenes in fields'

The BBC's Richard Galpin says there are "horrific scenes in beautiful fields" at the site where a Malaysia Airlines flight came down in eastern Ukraine on Thursday.

It is believed flight MH17 crashed after being hit by a surface-to-air missile. All 298 people - including 80 children - on board died.
