Does NATO still matter?

One of the most important NATO summits in years is underway in Wales, with Western leaders struggling to coordinate a response to conflict in Ukraine and the Middle East. The organisation was first formed in the aftermath of World War II, and since then has doubled in size – but can it make a difference? Andrew Bacevich a retired US Army Colonel, now Professor Emeritus at Boston University, and first Michael Clarke, head of the British defence and security thinktank RUSI discuss.
