US ambassador learns Welsh ahead of Nato summit

In advance of President Barack Obama's visit to Wales for the 2014 NATO Summit, US ambassador Matthew Barzun has been learning Welsh.

He can be seen rehearsing a welcome speech and even manages to successfully pronounce the name of the Anglesey village Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, which is the longest place name in Britain.

The two-day summit at Newport's Celtic Manor Resort on 4-5 September will be attended by 150 world leaders.
