Junior Hoilett & Matt Phillips: QPR reject Derby approach for duo

QPR have turned down an initial approach by Derby County to take either Matt Phillips or Junior Hoilett on loan, BBC Radio Derby reports.
The Championship promotion hopefuls are eager to sign a winger following the earlier than expected end to Jordon Ibe's loan spell from Liverpool.
Wingers Hoilett, 24, and Phillips, 23, have failed to hold down a regular spot for Rs boss Harry Redknapp this season.
The pair have only started 11 Premier League games between them.
