#PorteOuverte, #OpenDoors, #ikwilhelpen (I want to help), #BrusselsWelcome - these hashtags are being used by people offering help to compatriots and tourists stranded in Brussels following the attacks. Offers include a place to stay, food, car rides and helping people get in touch with loved ones.
