How the school run is putting lives 'at risk'
The President of the National Association of Head teachers has said parents' bad parking on the school run can put the lives of children "at risk".
Speaking to 5 live's Sam Walker, Tony Draper said parents should walk their children to school "where possible" but if they must drive they need to find "safe and considerate" places to park.
An increasing number of schools are getting tough on dangerous parking, threatening to publish registration numbers in news letters and urging parents to take photos of the worst offenders to pass on to police.
